Hubungan Status Vitamin D dengan Gangguan Siklus Menstruasi pada Wanita Usia Reproduktif di Kota Palembang

Gangguan siklus menstruasi merupakan keluhan ginekologi tersering pada wanita usia reproduktif dengan prevalensi 14-25% secara global. Vitamin D memiliki peran penting dalam regulasi hormon reproduksi melalui reseptor vitamin D (VDR) pada jaringan reproduksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan status vitamin D dengan gangguan siklus menstruasi pada wanita usia reproduktif di Kota Palembang. Desain penelitian adalah cross-sectional dengan 250 wanita (18-45 tahun) yang direkrut melalui consecutive sampling dari Januari-Juni 2024. Kadar 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25(OH)D] serum diukur menggunakan chemiluminescence immunoassay. Data dianalisis menggunakan chi-square dan regresi logistik berganda (p<0,05). Hasil menunjukkan 58,4% subjek mengalami defisiensi vitamin D (<20 ng/mL) dan 43,6% mengalami gangguan siklus menstruasi, dengan oligomenore (28,8%) sebagai gangguan tersering. Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara status vitamin D dengan gangguan siklus menstruasi (p=0,001; OR=3,24; 95% CI: 1,87-5,61). Analisis multivariat menunjukkan defisiensi vitamin D (aOR=2,89; 95% CI: 1,54-5,42), IMT ≥25 kg/m² (aOR=2,15; 95% CI: 1,23-3,76), dan riwayat PCOS (aOR=4,12; 95% CI: 2,01-8,44) sebagai faktor risiko independen. Kesimpulannya, terdapat hubungan signifikan antara defisiensi vitamin D dengan gangguan siklus menstruasi pada wanita usia reproduktif di Kota Palembang. Skrining kadar vitamin D dan suplementasi perlu dipertimbangkan dalam penatalaksanaan komprehensif gangguan menstruasi.
