Hubungan Lingkungan Multikultural dan Interaksi Sebaya terhadap Pembentukan Sikap Sosial Siswa Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Singingi Hilir

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara lingkungan multikultural dan interaksi sebaya terhadap pembentukan sikap sosial siswa sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Singingi Hilir. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional digunakan dalam studi ini. Populasi penelitian mencakup siswa kelas atas di sejumlah sekolah dasar, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara proporsional random sampling. Instrumen berbentuk angket skala Likert 4 poin dikembangkan berdasarkan indikator teoritis dari Banks (2020), Gay (2018), Sleeter & Carmona (2020) untuk variabel lingkungan multikultural; Vygotsky (1978), Wentzel & Muenks (2019), Silva et al. (2024) untuk interaksi sebaya; serta Lickona (1991), Kohlberg (1976), dan OECD (2019) untuk sikap sosial. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara lingkungan multikultural dengan sikap sosial siswa dengan korelasi parsial sebesar 0,588 dan signifikansi 0,000. Ini menegaskan bahwa lingkungan belajar yang menghargai keragaman dan keadilan sosial berperan penting dalam membentuk empati, toleransi, dan tanggung jawab siswa. Interaksi sebaya juga menunjukkan hubungan signifikan terhadap sikap sosial, dengan nilai korelasi parsial 0,478 dan signifikansi 0,001, menandakan kontribusi positif dari relasi sosial dalam pembentukan sikap sosial. Secara simultan, kedua variabel memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap sikap sosial siswa (R² = 0,470; signifikansi < 0,05), yang berarti 47% variasi sikap sosial dijelaskan oleh model ini. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan lingkungan inklusif dan relasi sosial sehat dalam pendidikan dasar.
