Abstract

Studi literatur menunjukkan bahwa perundungan dapat diturunkan jika para siswa yang menjadi saksi perundungan bersedia menolong korban. Kesediaan menolong korban perundungan sangat tergantung pada efikasi diri maupun efikasi komunitas mereka. Namun dampak bagi saksi siswa yang bersedia menolong masih kontradiktif; ada studi yang menunjukkan bahwa saksi penolong korban akan meningkat self esteemnya, dan ada studi-studi lain yang menunjukkan bahwa saksi penolong dan pendukung pelaku yang akan mengalami kesulitan psikososial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan model terbentuknya permasalahan psikososial yang dapat menjelaskan peranan keyakinan efikasi diri, keyakinan efikasi komunitas dan perilaku menolong saksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survei menggunakan kuesioner. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 239 siswa. Dari pengihitungan SEM didapatkan bahwa kesulitan psikososial akan meningkat dengan menurunnya keyakinan efikasi diri melalui mediator perilaku mendukung pelaku. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa perilaku mendukung pelaku lebih rentan mengalami kesulitan psikososial dibandingkan perilaku menolong korban.
